Welcome to Doha Aperture Studio. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services
Doha Aperture Studio provides professional photography and creative services including but not limited to photo shoots, event photography, studio rentals, photo editing and retouching, and portrait photography. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined herein.

2. Booking and Appointments
All service bookings must be confirmed through our official channels. Appointments are subject to change or cancellation by Doha Aperture Studio with reasonable notice provided where possible. Customers are responsible for arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or rescheduling.

3. Payment
Full payment or deposits as specified at the time of booking are required to secure appointments and services. Prices are listed on our website or communicated upon inquiry and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are non-refundable except under conditions explicitly stated.

4. Intellectual Property
All photographs and creative work produced by Doha Aperture Studio remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract. Clients are granted usage rights as specified in their service agreement. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our images without prior consent is prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for any content, location, or individuals involved in a photo shoot. Doha Aperture Studio is not liable for any legal claims arising from clients' failure to obtain such permissions.

6. Liability
Doha Aperture Studio takes all reasonable care in performing its services. However, the company is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the provision of services except where caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence. Clients participate in photo shoots and events at their own risk.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of deposits or service fees.

8. Delivery and Turnaround
Delivery timelines for edited or retouched images will be communicated at the time of service. Doha Aperture Studio will make reasonable efforts to meet these timelines but will not be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

9. Privacy
Any personal information collected by Doha Aperture Studio during the course of providing services is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Doha, Ad Dawhah.

11. Amendments
Doha Aperture Studio reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
